Ford E.C., Inc was founded in 1979 with a goal that included providing clients with the highest level of construction quality completed on time and on budget.  Ford E.C. takes pride in our 30 years of experience in building and serving Southern California.  Built on the founding goals and experience of Sia Daghighian, Ford E.C. has grown with the times to meet current trends with the same goals of safety, customer satisfaction, and quality production.

Ford E.C, Inc started aggressively in the private sector building & developing both homes and complex commercial projects.  In 1992, we ventured into the Public Works and Government sector projects and, since then, we have worked for variety of clients performing projects all across Southern California. Our extensive resume includes a variety of projects including:

Additionally, we have built a reputation of proactive teamwork with all owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors and we ourself on cooperation and teamwork with each project.  Due to the years of experience and active involvement with construction costs, Ford E.C. is able to provide all owners and clients the assurance and full capabilities for value engineering any section of project as well.

Over the past 30 years, we have taken great leaps to integrate our company with the current trends. Many of the projects we have developed in the past few years or are currently being constructed have all achieved the United States Green Building Councils LEED Gold, Silver, and Bronze Accreditation. From the start of each of our projects until the completion, Ford E.C., Inc ensures that all LEED procedures are always followed and met to the utmost ability.

In addition, we promote, and in certain project conditions, mandate the use of Building Information Modeling (B.I.M.) for analysis of building construction details before work begins. We firmly believe that performing something right the first time is not only best & most cost effective way, but the only way something should be done. 

We are currently reviewing several Design-Build projects and anticipate entering this area of public works construction.  Additionally, we are confident that design-build construction projects will continue to aid Ford E.C. sustain and progress in the years to come.
