Sia Daghighian President

Sia Daghighian is the president and founder of Ford E.C., the company has been under his guidance for over 30 years and has completed over 85 projects with totals over 75 Million.  Sia has a masters degree in petroleum engineering and a post graduate work in Gas & Hydraulic Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.  He is the final decision maker on any given approach and task at hand.  Sia still fully involved with any projects day-to-day operations and the overall vision of the company.

Farimah Boradeh Vice President

Farimah Boradeh has been an active member of Ford E.C. for over 25 years.  She is the forefront of the offices business operations, estimating and day-to-day operations.  Farimah with her background provides both a perspective as a architect due to her educational background and association with the actual construction of any given project due to her quarter century of work with Ford E.C in construction.  Farimah has a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from Oklahoma State University.

Sam Daghighian Secretary

Sam Daghighian has been an active member of Ford E.C., Inc since 1995 working in field and in the office on a variety of levels.  Sam is responsible for the overall oversight and direct onsite management duties with any given project.  He has a degree from Cal State University Northridge and has worked on a variety of projects totaling over 45 million in construction. Sam is responsible for the over all project scheduling using critical path methodologies.

Arash Daghighian Vice President

Arash Daghighian has been an active member of Ford E.C. since 1997 and worked both in the field and in the office on a full scale of levels.  Arash is responsible for the overall oversight and direct onsite management of any given project.  In addition Arash is actively involved with project estimating and outside public relations with subcontractors and new clients.  He has a degree from University of California Los Angels and has completed over 43 Million dollars in construction projects.
