Ft. of concrete slab, CMU and tilt-up walls with structural steel frames and metal deck including a new photovoltaic solar panel system for thee buildings, and installation of owner furnished dust control and fuel tank storage for Shop building on about 3 acres with concrete, asphalt, landscaping, fences and controlled operating gates, and decorative railing.
