Project Description One and half story concrete block on concrete slab with structural steel and metal deck and built up roofing for city of Beverly Hills repair and maintenance, contains tons bridge crane and oil lubrication system with 3 bay stations, all site utility underground and removal and relocation of existing electrical conduit encasement (duct bank) for southern California Edison Company, relocation of existing generator, cutting and replacing of existing fuel tank canopy, completion of all landscaping, site retaining walls, site concrete, and site utilities per plans and specifications.
