Project Description To excavate and remove about 50,000 cubic feet of soil and design and built about 950 liner feet of shoring for future parking structure about 4,000 linear feet of conduit and trenching and duct bank for electrical work-and pulling about 30,000 linear feet of telecommunication and fiber optic wiring. To complete street improvement an Avenida Cesar Chavez included saw cutting of existing sidewalk, new sidewalk, new curb & gutter, street lighting modification, relocation of existing bus stop and miscellaneous street improvement. To build a new temporary parking area about 134,000 square foot and fire road Owner/Architect East Los Angeles College/ LA Community College District (213)-891-2000 Date Completed 2006 Amount $6,242,000
