Project Description
New construction of a library in Los Angeles. Completed working drawings call for the construction of a state of the art 13,883 Sq. Ft. of one story library building over subterranean garage for parking with concrete slab on cast in place piles and grade beams and CMU walls throughout garage, and leveled site concrete work with landscape & irrigations with rolling and sliding gates and wrought iron & aluminum railing and canopies and aluminum HVAC roof enclosures and stainless steel canopy and bar gratings. The building is designed to achieve Gold LEED certification rating and will contain building integrated photovoltaic panels at the skylight, glass wall panels and frameless glazing system walls.
