Project Description Work includes but is not limited to installation of (13) 24x 40 pre-manufactured modular classroom buildings, (1) pre-manufactured modular restroom building and new foundations per drawings, site utility connections and associated paths, lighting and landscaping. Installation of (9) 24x40 pre manufactured modular classroom buildings and new foundation per drawings, site utility connections and landscaping at site indicated on drawings as tech quad site both sites require asphaltic concrete paving, site fencing and installation of various stone site finishes.
